The Beatles Tribute album took two months to complete.  It started with If I Needed Someone one day when I happened to hear it on the radio. That song was never one of the Beatles biggest hits but some of best songs from them were not the most popular in my opinion.  For the fun of it, I played a verse and a chorus on the drums, added a couple of guitars, and before I knew it, I had the whole song done without the vocals. At was at that moment that the notion occured to me to do a complete album by this band. I gave away about 30 of these albums. People either told me it was great while others never said a word about it.  Either way, The Beatles Tribute is my best total recording.
